These terms apply when you use the Monetor app, this website, and the early access waitlist. By using any of those, you agree to what is written here.

The app

Monetor is a personal finance app for iPhone that tracks money, bills, crypto, and assets automatically — through Apple Wallet Shortcuts, without a bank login. It helps you record your own transactions, scan receipts, and follow your own goals. It does not provide financial advice, tax advice, or investment recommendations. Decisions you make with the help of the app are your own.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you suspect someone else has access, contact us at hello@monetor.co.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into the service, scrape it, abuse the API, upload malware, or use Monetor to process data that is not yours to handle. We may suspend accounts that do.

Pricing

Monetor is free to try. Paid plans, if introduced, will be presented clearly inside the app before any charge.

Availability

We work hard to keep Monetor available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Monetor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. You can request a copy or full deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes

If we update these terms in a material way we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users in-app or by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
